Leah and Andy approached us with plenty of twists in mind for their wedding day. We were appointed for Full Planning and Event Design, working with the couple closely to spark ideas and bring the vision to life.
Fun was at the fore with a beautifully personalised humanist blessing with the sounds of a String Quartet helping share their story through choice songs. This level of personalisation continued through the day, bringing guests together for the most memorable of days.
The fun started with the Save the Date with keys and tag shared with the couples hashtag to build the buzz. A beautiful bespoke invitation suite followed with a feasting inspired couple’s monogram and pattern, that then worked across all on the day elements and even as monograms on top table napkins.
Pulling in all of the abundance of Autumn, and the feasting details as seen throughout the venue, flowers mixed with fruit and Autumnal miniature muted pumpkins. Gorgeous floral installations welcomed guests at entrance and dressed aisle ends, mantels, cascading balconies and more. Gathered sticks from walks with ribbon steamers formed an alternative confetti moment, with treated leaves reminiscent of their much loved Autumn walks, becoming the idea for the statement table plan.
Drawing on other loves, inspiration was taken from Fornasetti with place cards having facial features on the reverse to act as ice breaker cards on the table. The alternative Guest Book idea, the Plate wall, was also sparked by Fornasetti plates and made for a gorgeous keep-sake to adorn the Couple’s wall at home.
A tattoo bar was available at the Evening Bar, with anchor tattoos to mirror those that the Couple have, with further fun from a roaming digital artist, and a floor-filling band that whipped up a frenzy!
Limoncello bottles were given as end of evening favours, sharing another part of the Couple’s story with it being where they got engaged, with a Sparkler Send Off to endless cheers! A wedding that started, continued and ended on ultimate highs.
